We are back from Japan, our free hat contest ended and my mom is here helping us out for the holiday season. Thanks to everyone who entered and voted in our free hat contest. We're going to have sushi, maybe we can find a Turkey sushi roll? 11-16-06 Okay, we're back on-line. After crashing our website several times I think that I've got it back to the way it was before I tried to change the side menu. *sigh* Well, we are counting down the days until we go off to Japan! Don't worry, we will have someone taking care of all the shipping and custom items. We hope to see the latest Japanese, gothic and lolita fashion. We will post pictures as soon as we return! 11-06-06 Hope your Halloween was as awesome as ours. We took our little dragon out trick-or-treating and she had such a blast she slept for 12 hours. :) On a different note, we hope that you will all go out and vote tomorrow! We will be voting YES on 7 here in Nevada, hope you all do the same. 10-29-06 New sections of our website are now available to brows. This new BLOG section will be updated weekly, maybe more if we can manage it. How will this section differ from the news section you ask? Good question! Here you will get to read random dribble from us with no true importance or relevance to anime whatsoever. What fun! So for our first rant we will tell you how much Mikomicon SUCKED! It sucked so bad that we actually packed up all our stuff and left on the first day. We were the first vendors to purchase any tables and we chose 4 tables directly in front of the main entrance. A few days before the convention our tables were moved to the side entrance and our booth space was cut in half. We confronted Goldie Thomas, the organizer for the convention, and she said that the main entrance was moved to the side door and that we still had the same booth space but the artists rendition of the space was incorrect. We were lied to and we are currently trying to get our money back. If Goldie Thomas doesn't give us back our deposit for the space we purchased we will be taking her and write 4 hope to small claims court. We will never do this convention again and we recommend that you never attend or buy a table at this convention as long as you live. |
