In order to keep costs low we keep a small inventory of our most popular items and make the rest of our products to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks construction time for all costumes. Shipping time varies depending on your location. If you are located in the USA all orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3 days). If you are located worldwide all orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail (4-6 days). You will receive an email from USPS the day your order ships. Back to top What sizes do your hats come in? All our hats measure 22", the average size adult head. You are welcome to customize any hat in our cuatom hat section. Please choose your measurements from the drop down menu located next to the hat you desire. If you do not see your measurements in the drop down menu, please contact us with your head measurements to see if we are able to make the hat in your size. (An additional charge may apply to head measurements that fall outside the drop down menu sizes.) Back to top Do you take custom orders? YES! We do take custom orders. Please send us the name of the character you are interested in, the name of the anime series or video game that the character is from, an image of the character and your measurements. It will take us a few days to assess whether or not we will be able to make the costume, hat or accessorie for you. All custom costume orders start at $100, hat orders start at $25 and accessorie orders start at $20. If we can make the item for you we will email you with an estimated cost and construction time. Please allow at least 4-5 weeks for custom costume orders, 1-2 weeks for hats and accessories. Back to top What measurements do you need in order to make a custom costume? We will need the following measurements: Gender: (it makes a difference, trust us) Height: Top of the head to the bottom of the feet Weight: (this helps us to better understand your body type) Chest: Under the arms around the pecks/breasts(ladies please include bra and cup size) Shoulder to shoulder: End of the right shoulder across the back to the end of the left shoulder. Wrist to shoulder: End of the shoulder down the top of the arm to the wrist bone. Largest part of the upper arm: With the arm hanging down in a relaxed state, measure the largest part. Nape of the neck to the small of the back: The portion of the neck that dips in, down the back, to the portion of the back that dips in. Waist: The smallest part of the torso above the bellybutton Hips: Around the lower torso, across the hip bones and pelvic region Largest part of the upper thigh: While standing measure the largest part of the thigh. Inseam: The inside of the leg from the crotch to the foot/floor Back to top What types of payments do you accept? We accept paypal with a confirmed address or money orders, no personal checks. Due to the increased amount unauthorized credit card and echeck purchases we will ship to your confirmed paypal address only. When you are done with all your shopping click on view cart. At the bottom of the check out cart you will see a section to redeam vouchers. Enter the voucher code and click on recalculate.
